Deal With Morning Sickness
Sunday, March 22nd, 2009
Half of pregnant women may facing morning sickness. Usually, it is present in the early hours of the morning and reduces as the day progresses. Morning sickness can be one of the first signs of pregnancy and usually begins around the 6th week of pregnancy. It can occur at any time of the day, and for most women it seems to stop around the 12th week of pregnancy.
How to deal with it? Eat a few saltine crackers before you leave your pillow. Rise your body slowly to get up. Keep a glass of room temperature water with you at all times. When you feel thirsty, take a sip. Do not extremely take too hot or cold water that will shock your digestive system with extreme temperatures.
