Kids are very agresive person. They do everything for the whole day. They also taking a lot type off meal everyday. Parents must control all the meal for kids. We can see many of children are overweight. Not only overweight but it may cause the children got obesity problem. Here some tips for parent to prevent obesity for Kids.

1) Always provide kids a breakfast. Daily breakfast not only give a energy until lunch but it is the best diet for childre,

2) Kids is not like a adult people. We cannot give them diet pills always. We must guide them to control and maintain their diet.

3) Discourage kids eating in between meals. Guide them closely about this. More the eating between meals, they have a risk to overweight.

4) Do not promise or reward the a meal. For example, you can eat more chicken if you pass your exam. Kids is very clever. They will do the best effort to get what they like to.

5) Teach them with healthy meals. Always give them the benefit for taking healthy meals.  Parents must starting eating healthy meals to show them the delicious by eating healthy meals.

6) Take vitamin pill or best diet pills for them. Make a schedule and follow them closing for all this supplement.

Children are people are need to taking care. If we starting while on kids, it will contineuing until they growing older. Parent must do this, do not hope that children will do without your care. All parents need the best for thier kids. So this the best way to be your kids success on healthy.

Obesity is the most dangerous disease in the world. You make a 50% increased risk of death from all causes as compared to normal-weight individuals. So hear a few ways to prevent obesity.

1) Stay active. Simple activities, such as taking the stairs or walking to the store, can help tremendously. Many people also enjoy going to the gym.

2) Watch your weight. You should weigh yourself once a week to monitor your health. If you notice that you are starting to gain weight, better do something on it. (more…)

Obesity is defined as “the condition of an excessively high amount of body fat or adipose tissue in relation to lean body mass.”  A more commonly-known definition of obesity is that of an individual’s weight being 30% or more above what is considered normal as defined by a standardly-accepted height/weight chart (e.g. The National Center for Health Statistics or Metropolitan Life Insurance Company). Overweight and obesity are also commonly determined by calculating an individual’s body mass index.
