<p style="text-align: justify;">3) Please control your alcohol and avoid to take any food, <strong>alcohol or any medicine before you going bed</strong>. Most of alcohol and medicine increase the throat muscle and will be caused to be snored.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4) <strong>Reduce and lose your weight if neccessary</strong>. More people i overweight are get potential to snoring while sleeping. Every Kilos that you lose, it can reduce the fatty tissue at the back of throat and decreasing a snore.</p>
