Arthritis is one of the leading disease today. It is not a single disease but it was category disease that includes hundreds of disorders regarding on our joints. Some of disorders are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.Many people suffering from arthritis are caught up in a devastating cycle of pain, depression, and stress.

For the research that indicate the antioxidants vitamin C,E and beta caritene help to prevent the progression on osteoarthritis. Antioxidants help to neutralise free radical, chemical, continually formed within cells during normal metobilism that can damage cartilage and possibly cause inflammation as well. They are molecules that miss one electron. As they pass through our bodies they attack healthy cells to replace their missing electron. The attacked cell then becomes a free radical itself.

Arthritis is a group of conditions involving damage to the joints of the body. Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in people older than fifty-five years. The most common form of arthritis, osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease) is a result of trauma to the joint, infection of the joint, or age. Emerging evidence suggests that abnormal anatomy might contribute to the early development of osteoarthritis. Septic arthritis is caused by joint infection. Gouty arthritis is caused by deposition of uric acid crystals in the joint, causing inflammation. There is also an uncommon form of gout caused by the formation of rhomboid crystals of calcium pyrophosphate. This gout is known as pseudogout.
