The Acai Berry Benefits
Saturday, February 21st, 2009Man, have you heard about the acai berry? It’s so great that even my mom has been taking it and even she is losing some weight. Yeah that’s right, my mom who doesn’t even get up to change the channels on the tv.
Oh well, I’m happy for her because acai berry is indeed a great product and I’m also thinking about taking it myself pretty soon. It has some pretty neat anti oxidant effects and I have been thinking about trying a new diet or two for the summer months. Acai berry can be found in many different forms but I found something that is extremely interesting. When the acai berry originally gets picked off the tree, it can only be eaten in it’s raw form for about 12 hours. After that the acai berry starts to go bad similar to how a grape or strawberry would if you left it out in the open for too long. The difference with acai berry and those other fruits is that the acai berry goes bad much, much faster then they do.
