Today i&#8217;m sharing with you how to avoid RSI. It could help you to get potential of RSI.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) <strong>Laptop</strong> &#8211; Please use a laptop on the table. Try you best to place the laptop on the table. Use the laptop stand for leveling the LCD/SCREEN same to your eye.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2) <strong>Keyboard and Mouse Placement</strong> &#8211; Put the keyboard and your mouse nearing your desktop screen. Still same as laptop. Put on the table. For mouse, put the mouse nearing the body. and should be make an angle 100 degrees. Good advise to using a tray for a mouse.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3) <strong>Armrest</strong> &#8211; Do not rest the elbow while typing That mean. Lower your armrest to the thigh level.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4) <strong>Backrest</strong> &#8211; Sit with ergonomic chair recommended. Choose a chair that provide with back support. It recommended the chair is able sloping down to able adjust your hips are higher than knees.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5) <strong>Break</strong> &#8211; Take a break while you have in front of computer more that 1 hours. Take 5 minutes break.  It recommended to take a break for 2 minutes for every 30 minutes. Stretch your arms, hand, arm and neck while take a break.  Make a little bit of exercise to stretch all your organ body.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6) <strong>Your Company</strong> &#8211; Your company must be aware about RSI. Because most of company are not aware and blind about RSI. Please be aware the consequences and effect of RSI.</p>

RSI is a pain affect on necks, legs, jaws, chest and vocal chords. RSI is also related to the nature of your work(like typing or sitting in front of computer), ergonomic (way of sitting), Environmental factors, Stress or anything that usually find at working place.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">RSI is not immediately feel to the body.  It caused by repetitive movement that may take a year to be felt. Normally the sympthom is like back pain,<span style="font-size: small;">soreness in neck, shoulders, upper back, wrists or hands</span>.  All of this is the effect of nature of work like keyboard typing, mouse usage, Longer time in front on computer, Way you sit at you table and anything that can cause of pain. At the RSI wil be cause of loss strengh, Weakness, you must be feel bored or lack of endurance.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Anyone are have a potentiel get a RSI. But it more potential if you are :</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Have poor posture</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Have poor      technique of working</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Use a computer      more than two to four hours a day</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Have a job that      requires constant computer use, especially heavy input</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Don&#8217;t take      frequent breaks</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Don&#8217;t exercise      regularly</span></li>
<li><span id="more-723"></span><span style="font-size: small;">Work in a      high-pressure environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Have arthritis,      diabetes, or any other serious medical condition</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Keep your      fingernails long</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Have an      unhealthy, stressful, or sedentary lifestyle</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Weigh more than      you should</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Don&#8217;t sleep well</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The most factor for cause of RSI is poor ergonomic. The factor is include as below :</p>

<li><span style="font-size: small;">Not taking enough breaks</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Improper monitor height</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Resting the arms while typing</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Keeping the keyboard too high</span></li>
