Arthritis is one of the leading disease today. It is not a single disease but it was category disease that includes hundreds of disorders regarding on our joints. Some of disorders are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.Many people suffering from arthritis are caught up in a devastating cycle of pain, depression, and stress.

For the research that indicate the antioxidants vitamin C,E and beta caritene help to prevent the progression on osteoarthritis. Antioxidants help to neutralise free radical, chemical, continually formed within cells during normal metobilism that can damage cartilage and possibly cause inflammation as well. They are molecules that miss one electron. As they pass through our bodies they attack healthy cells to replace their missing electron. The attacked cell then becomes a free radical itself.

Brain damage can cause a disruption in the functions of your brain. Symptoms that may be caused by injury to the brain include slowed thinking processes, difficulty switching between tasks, diminished libido, disturbed sleep, emotional outbursts, irritability, depression, faulty judgment, impaired memory, difficulty concentrating, inattention and excessive sleepiness. It is sometimes difficult to sort out actual brain damage from other ailments or issues including job loss, financial loss, depression, medications, pain elsewhere and migraine headaches.

Brain injury does not necessarily result in long-term impairment or disability, although the location and extent of damage both have a significant effect on the likely outcome. In serious cases of brain injury, the result can be permanent disability, including neurocognitive deficits, delusions (often specifically monothematic delusions), speech or movement problems, and mental handicap. There may also be personality changes. Severe brain damage may result in persistent vegetative state, coma, or death.

Hair Style Mistakes

Our hair is supposed to be our crowning glory. Someone once said “Life is an endless struggle, full of frustrations and challenges, but eventually you find a hair stylist you like.” My adventure with hair began back in the glam rock days of the 1970′s. I was into what was called ‘heavy’ music. Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and Uriah Heep were amongst my favourite bands. If you were into this style of music the hair-style of choice was long. You simply let your hair grow in any which way it chose. Male grooming was something that was done to horses and skin care products were definitely for girls.

My hair, being thick and wiry, made its own choices regarding the directions it would grow in. My head resembled an exploded mattress with the stuffing coming out. These days I can’t bear to look at any photos of myself from that era as they just make me cringe.

Then along came punk rock and my life was transformed.I had my hair chopped short and would regularly dye it with whatever came to hand. Food coloring was one of my favorite dyes. I liked it because it would wash out easily but this had its disadvantages as getting caught in the rain meant that I soon had colored streaks running down my face and back.
