There are certain important things to be considered in order to live a healthy life. We can cure and prevent many diseases only by exercising which is a safe means (no side effects), is any time available, and requires no money investment. Exercising is the best way to prevent normal ailments.

Exercise has given very positive results for the treatment of diseases like diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, cardiovascular diseases, and obesity.
