As our lives become more and more hectic, and we have many thoughts racing through our minds even as we’re ready to go to bed, many more people have begun to struggle with getting a good night’s rest. This often starts with the simple task of falling asleep. When our mind is racing and we have many things still on our to-do list, it can be difficult to fall asleep. I often suffer from this problem, so I’ve been in search for a good solution.
While there have always been many drugs that you can buy over the counter or by prescription to help with falling asleep, I’ve never wanted to become addicted to taking these types of drugs or using them on a long-term basis because of what they could possibly do to my body. I didn’t want to suffer the side effects of this. So, I was delighted when I learned about melatonin. Melatonin helps you fall asleep naturally; melatonin occurs in your body naturally to help you fall asleep anyway, so I have no problem taking a little more to encourage my body to fall sleep. I thought there might be side effects of melatonin usage, but I didn’t encounter any at all.

Although the short-term effects are not as deadly as other addictions, I believe the smoking is the worst of all. The danger does not come with the amount of poison but with the ignorance that leads to a state of mind where smoking is tolerated.

Choking will may person are not breath very well. The victim is must be panic while going through this situation. Choking will deprives the brain of precious oxygen. If you are sitting around of them, help them to treat the choking victim to save their life.
Looking on the victim. Are they are clutching the throat with the hands or a high-pitched wheezing sound or no speaking, forceful coughing or breathing. Standing yourself behind the victim. Reach around the choking person with both hands, as if giving him or her a bear hug from behind.

Make a fist with one hand, placing the thumb side just above the navel of the choking person. Grasp this hand with the other hand. Thrust your hands inward and upward with a quick motion. Continue thrusts in rapid succession until the object is dislodged and the person can breathe again.
