Mouth cancer is also called Oral Cancer. It occured at any cancerous tissue growth located in the mouth. most commonly involves the tissue of the lips or the tongue. It may also occur on the floor of the mouth, cheek lining, gingiva (gums), or palate (roof of the mouth).

With only a few known major risk factors, oral cancer is one of the rare cancers that people can avoid by making good choices about diet and the use of tobacco and alcohol. It have many ways to prevent a mouth cancer. First try do not use chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cigars or pipes. The the first step that you can involved to prevent mouth cancer.

Secondly, try to reduce take alcohol. Stop to take a large amount of alcohol. Drinking large quantities of alcoholic beverages is associated with increased risk for mouth cancer. Then Be aware that exposure to the sun can be a risk factor when it comes to contracting cancers on the lips.

Eat more vegetable or fruits and avoid eating foods high in fats and sugars. Food in high in fats and sugars are risk you to have mouth cancer. And lastly, make a schedule to meer your dentist. Let your dentist  check all contidition of your mouth and teeth regularly especially while you is above 45’s.

Pegaga is mostly found at Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Madagascar and southern region of US and Africa. It easily grows on the warm ground, low and wet areas of both hemispheres, especially abundant in the swampy areas of India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka up to an altitude of approximately 700 meters.

Traditionally pegaga is put inside the Malay meal. It is so delicious eating with salads and vegetable. You can find this kind of meal at malay restaurant especially at Malaysia and Indonesia until now. The fragrant leaves can act as an appetizer. We can either eat it raw or cook it as part of a soup. The local people believe that pegaga will help to promote wound healing.

On scientific name pegaga is called Centella asiatica. It is a polymorphous, creeping plant, rooting at nodes, with sometimes significant tap root, cylindrical and glabrous stems. This plant, dried and crushed, has been used in the treatment of leprosy, bronchitis, asthma, syphilis, and as a wound healing agent.

His name has been withheld by CNN due on juvenile cases. According on the first investigation it is not an accident. He will be charge by criminal homicide and unborn homicide.

Man, have you heard about the acai berry? It’s so great that even my mom has been taking it and even she is losing some weight. Yeah that’s right, my mom who doesn’t even get up to change the channels on the tv.

Oh well, I’m happy for her because acai berry is indeed a great product and I’m also thinking about taking it myself pretty soon. It has some pretty neat anti oxidant effects and I have been thinking about trying a new diet or two for the summer months. I mean I want to look good in my bathing suit and acai berry may be the answer I need.

Rid of the Blackhead

Blackhead is a yellowish or blackish bump or plug on the skin. A blackhead is a type of acne vulgaris. It is caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the sebaceous gland’s duct. The substance found in these bumps mostly consists of keratin and modified sebum (an oily secretion of the sebaceous gland), which darkens (resembling dirt) as it oxidizes.

So how to rid of the blackhead?

1) You can squeeze it out with your nails. But it is not recommended.
